It is essential to have equipment such as first aid kit and traffic set in order to ensure safety in traffic and to perform first response in cases such as accidents.  Some papers and documents must be kept in the car at all times to show the officers during the traffic control.  Legal action is taken if documents and items are not kept in the vehicle.

 What should be kept in the vehicle?

● Vehicle license (Registration certificate or Traffic certificate)

 These are the documents containing the characteristics of the vehicle such as brand, model, color, chassis number and all the information about the driver with which the vehicle is registered.  It must be given to the officers during traffic checks.

● Driving license (driver's license)

 It is a type of document that every driver must carry according to the type of vehicle they use

● Exhaust emission

 All motor vehicles in the traffic must pass an exhaust emission test once a year and have these documents in the vehicle until the next exhaust emission test.

● Compulsory traffic insurance policy

 Compulsory traffic insurance is a type of document that must be renewed every year and that every vehicle must have.  Compulsory traffic insurance is a mandatory document to cover the financial damage of the other vehicle and the persons involved in the accident or other public property in the event of an accident and to cover the hospital expenses of those injured in the accident.  Every vehicle must have compulsory traffic insurance, and vehicles that do not have it are prohibited from entering the traffic.

● First aid kit

 The tools that should be included in the bag: A box of gauze, large bandage, triangle bandage, one artificial respiration mask, a pack of hydrophilic cotton, one patch, 5 or 10 safety needles, scissors, ten band-aids, two  pair of white gloves, one bandage and one aluminum burn cover, pen, flashlight, notebook, bill of materials and first aid manual.

● Insurance documents

 Although motor insurance is a traffic insurance that is not legally required to be made, it is a type of insurance that is widely used to cover the financial damage of the driver or the company to which the vehicle belongs in cases such as accident, theft, and burning.

● Fuel Safety System Product

 The fuel tank of the vehicle must have a fuel security system in order to protect it against theft.  It is necessary for the logistics company to take precautions against the abuse of drivers.  In cases where the driver stays outside the vehicle, a fuel tank lock should be taken to prevent fuel tank damage and theft of fuel.
